Bartronics India Ltd Acquires 25.75% Stake in Shree Naganarasimha Private Limited for INR 1,00,00,000

Bartronics India Ltd has made an equity investment in Shree Naganarasimha Private Limited (SNN) amounting to INR 1,00,00,000. The company has acquired 3,469 equity shares of SNN at a price of INR 2,882 per share, representing 25.75% of the paid-up equity share capital of SNN. The acquisition does not fall within related party transactions and the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the target entity. The target entity is engaged in the business of processing, producing, mixing, packing, preserving, freezing, extracting, refining, manufacturing, importing, exporting, buying, selling, trading and dealing in various food products and beverages. The acquisition is proposed to be at arm’s length basis. The company acquired 3,469 equity shares at a price of INR 2882 each including premium of INR 2872 each. The target entity, Shree Naganarasimha Private Limited, was incorporated on 24 Dec 2022 and is based in Bangalore, India.
