Bartronics India Ltd Enters MoU with Raphael Global Tech for Agriculture Collaboration

Bartronics India Ltd (BIL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raphael Global Tech Private Limited (Raphel) to explore and evaluate opportunities for collaboration in agriculture, agroforestry, mangroves, climate action initiatives, carbon projects, and other allied agriculture-related initiatives. The collaboration aims to leverage BIL’s rural network and digital infrastructure along with Raphel’s expertise in drone technology, geospatial intelligence, data analytics, and carbon measurement solutions for grass-roots level project development and implementation. The agreement does not involve any shareholding or significant terms, and there is no related party transaction involved.
