Bartronics India Ltd Enters MoU with Shree NagaNarasimha Private Limited for Strategic Collaboration in Agri-Produce Supply Chain

Bartronics India Limited (BIL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shree NagaNarasimha Private Limited (SNN) on 15th December, 2025. The purpose of this agreement is to establish a strategic collaboration in the agri-produce supply chain. BIL will procure agri produce directly from farmers/FPOs/mandis and SNN will purchase such produce from BIL for sale to quick commerce platforms, modern trade, retail, institutional buyers and other off-takers. The MoU is non-binding in nature, except for clauses relating to confidentiality, jurisdiction and termination. There are no special rights granted, no relationship with promoter/promoter group/group companies, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
