Bartronics India Ltd has made an equity investment in Huwel Lifesciences Private Limited amounting to INR 7,50,00,400. This investment has resulted in the acquisition of 9,665 equity shares of Huwel at a price of INR 7760 per share, representing 2.11% of the paid-up equity share capital of Huwel. Huwel is a private company incorporated on 10/02/2015, engaged in the development, manufacturing, and supply of molecular diagnostic kits, medical devices, and in-vitro diagnostic solutions. The acquisition is at arm's length and is aimed at deriving operational and financial synergies.
