Bartronics India Ltd., a leading Fin-tech business solution provider, and PTW Group, a Singapore-based semiconductor solutions provider, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen India’s semiconductor industry. The MoU, signed in Hyderabad, aims to establish production, refurbishing, and training facilities in India, driving innovation in products, services, and training. This collaboration will support R&D, manufacturing, workforce training, and international collaborations, aligning with India's goal of becoming a global semiconductor hub. PTW, a global player with approvals from major semiconductor manufacturers, will bring its technical capabilities, while Bartronics will leverage its deep market insight. The proposed merger is advised by TOP2, a consulting firm from Singapore.
