Basant Agro Tech India Ltd has informed the BSE that the company's Board of Directors will meet on November 10, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all designated persons until 48 hours after the declaration of the results, as per the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI regulations.
