BASF India FY26 Revenue ₹14,944 Cr, Profit Before Tax ₹561 Cr

BASF India Ltd has released its Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported consolidated Revenue from Operations of ₹149,440.0 million (₹14,944 Cr), a slight increase from ₹147,803.6 million in the previous year. Profit before tax (before exceptional items) from continuing operations stood at ₹5,612.6 million (₹561.26 Cr), a decrease from ₹6,232.4 million in the prior year. The company experienced modest revenue growth, supported by volume increases in key segments like Nutrition & Care and Industrial Solutions, despite challenging market conditions and higher input costs. BASF India is expanding its manufacturing footprint with progress on the Cellasto® plant in Dahej and increased dispersions capacity at Mangalore. The company is also focusing on sustainability, partnering for renewable energy procurement and showcasing circular economy solutions. The Board has recommended a dividend of 250% (₹25 per equity share).
