Batliboi Acquires Penta Automation for ₹19.8 Cr

Batliboi Limited announced the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Penta Automation Systems Private Limited for ₹19.8 crore. This strategic move will also result in the indirect acquisition of Penta's group company, Pats Robotics Private Limited. The acquisition, valued at ₹19.8 crore, involves an upfront payment of ₹15.84 crore for an 80% stake and deferred consideration of ₹3.96 crore for the remaining 20%. Penta Automation, a profitable provider of industrial automation solutions and robotics integration services, reported combined group revenue of ₹25.17 crore in FY2025-26. This acquisition aims to strengthen Batliboi's presence in the high-growth industrial automation and robotics segment and complement its existing businesses. The transaction is expected to close by July 31, 2026.
