Batliboi Ltd: FY26 Results, Dividend of ₹0.60 Per Share

Batliboi Ltd approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board recommended a final dividend of 12% (₹0.60 per share). They also approved the appointment of M/s. RSM India and M/s. Aneja & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027. Additionally, the board approved the allotment of 89,330 equity shares under the ESOP scheme, increasing the issued and paid-up equity share capital to ₹23,61,09,200.
