Batliboi to Acquire 100% of Penta Automation for ₹19.8 Cr

Batliboi Limited announced its board has approved the acquisition of 100% of Penta Automation Systems Private Limited for an aggregate equity value of approximately INR 19.8 crores. The acquisition will be completed through a mix of upfront (80%) and deferred (20% over 5 years) payments. Penta, along with its subsidiary Pats Robotics Private Limited, operates in industrial automation and robotics integration. The combined group revenue for FY25-26 was INR 25.17 crores. This strategic move aligns with Batliboi's growth objectives, aiming to expand its presence in the automation sector and diversify its business portfolio. The transaction is expected to be completed by July 31, 2026, and is considered an arm's length transaction.
