Bayer AG Acquires 53.54 Lakh Shares from Promoter

Bayer AG, a promoter of Bayer CropScience Limited, has acquired 53,54,030 equity shares from another promoter, Bayer CropScience AG, through a block deal on July 8, 2026. This inter-se transfer among promoters is in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition price was Rs. 4,122.30 per share. The necessary disclosures and reports have been submitted to SEBI and the stock exchanges within the stipulated timelines, along with the required fees.
