Bayer CropScience Q1 Revenue Down 4% to ₹18,350 Million

Bayer CropScience Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. Revenue from operations stood at ₹18,350 million, a 4% decrease year-on-year. However, Profit Before Tax saw a significant increase of 20% year-on-year, reaching ₹4,021 million. Profit After Tax grew by 15%, aided by improved gross margins and a ₹639 million income from the divestment of marketing rights for formulated products. The company cited challenging weather and evolving market conditions as factors influencing performance, while emphasizing a focus on channel management and innovation.
