B&B Triplewall Acquires 1.30% Stake in KRV Renewable

B&B Triplewall Containers Ltd has approved the acquisition of a 1.30% equity stake in M/s. KRV Renewable Energies Private Limited for ₹32,500. This acquisition is part of a Power Purchase Agreement to secure a stable and reliable power supply for the company's energy requirements. KRV Renewable Energies is involved in solar power generation. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 60 days and is a cash consideration. The aim is to procure electricity at a competitive tariff and achieve cost savings compared to conventional grid power.
