B&B Triplewall Containers Ltd. has approved the acquisition of a 27% equity stake in Sharvesh Power Projects Private Limited. The acquisition is pursuant to a Power Purchase Agreement, aiming to ensure a stable and reliable power supply for the company's growing energy requirements. Sharvesh Power Projects Private Limited is a small company involved in solar power generation, with a turnover of Rs. 98 Lakhs. The primary objective of the agreement is to obtain energy at a lower cost than that offered by the Tamil Nadu Electric Board.
