B&B Triplewall Containers Recommends Final Dividend for FY26

B&B Triplewall Containers Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.00 per equity share and 1.5% on preference shares for the Financial Year 2025-26. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The record date for determining dividend entitlement is September 18, 2026. The Board also approved the notice for the AGM and appointed Mr. Yuvraj V as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, along with appointing Ms. Sonali M and Mr. Deorao Jhadu Pathe as General Managers for Unit-I and Unit-IV respectively, effective August 14, 2026.
