Power Controls Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the auditor's limited review report. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, which will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
