B.C. Power Controls Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

B.C. Power Controls Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's policy. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results will be communicated later.
