BCC Fuba India Ltd Fixes August 25 as Record Date for AGM E-voting

BCC Fuba India Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 8, 2026, approved the notice for the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board fixed Tuesday, August 25, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting services. The e-voting period for the AGM will commence on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM and conclude on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Naresh Samkaria as scrutinizer for the e-voting, the continuation of Mr. Chandar Vir Singh Juneja as Non-Executive Independent Director beyond 75 years, and revisions to the terms of appointment for Executive Director Mr. Abhinav Bhardwaj.
