BCC Fuba India Ltd has sent a letter to shareholders whose email addresses are not registered, providing a web link and QR code to access the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The 40th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 01, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company also reminded shareholders to update KYC details and dematerialize physical securities as per SEBI regulations, noting that payments for non-compliant folios will be electronic from April 1, 2024.
