BCL Enterprises Director Resigns; New Auditor Appointed

BCL Enterprises Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Jeevan Singh Rana as an Independent Director, effective September 1, 2026. He also ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Responsibility Committee. The company appointed M/s U. Shanker & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. Additionally, Ms. Priya Binani was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the draft notice for the 41st AGM, Directors' Report, and re-appointed Mr. Mahendra Kumar Sharda as Managing Director for five years.
