BCL Enterprises Ltd: Appointment of New Statutory Auditor and Independent Director, Resignation of Previous Auditor and Internal Auditor

BCL Enterprises Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. GHR & Co., Chartered Accountants as the new Statutory Auditor to fill the casual vacancy. The company has also appointed Ms. Sonika Aggarwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The previous Statutory Auditor, M/s. Sandeep Kumar Singh & Co., and Internal Auditor, M/s Ghanshyam Gupta & Co., have tendered their resignation. The new Internal Auditor is M/s U. Shanker & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
