BCL Enterprises Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms. Sangeeta Chauhan as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved an Inter-Corporate Loan Agreement with an option to convert into equity shares. The loan is unsecured and the lenders include Intrum Global Private Limited, Intrum Wealth Management Private Limited, Aadrika Texturising & Fabrics Private Limited, Blackburg Asset Management Private Limited, Regenci Wealth Management & Advisory Private Limited, and Samarohi Traders Private Limited.
