BCL Enterprises Ltd: Statutory Auditor Resigns, EGM Convened for Appointment of New Auditor and Independent Director

BCL Enterprises Ltd has informed that its Statutory Auditor, M/s. Sandeep Kumar Singh & Co., Chartered Accountants, has tendered their resignation. The Board of Directors has approved the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on March 9, 2026, to appoint a new Statutory Auditor and an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, Ms. Sonika Aggarwal. The company has also appointed M/s. G HR & CO, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditor and M/s U. Shanker & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor. The resignation of the previous Internal Auditor, M/s Ghanshyam Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, has also been noted.
