Bedmutha Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 10, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Video Visual Means (OAVM) as per Regulation 29, 33 and other applicable Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also announced that the trading window for all insiders is closed from January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the disclosure of financial results to the Exchanges.
