Agribio Spirits Ltd has invested INR 2 Crore Ninety Thousand in Solkit Distillery and Brewery Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The investment was made by subscribing to the Rights Issue of Solkit Distillery and Brewery Private Limited, acquiring 98,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each at par. The equity shares were allotted on December 29, 2025. Solkit Distillery and Brewery Private Limited is a bottling and manufacturing company of alcoholic beverages, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, and has a presence in India.
