Agribio Spirits Issues Corporate Guarantee for Associate's ₹1.99 Cr Loan

Agribio Spirits Ltd announced it is issuing a corporate guarantee for a loan facility availed by its associate company, Agribiotech Industries Limited. The loan amount is ₹1,99,00,000 (Rs One Crore Ninety-Nine Lacs) from Bank of Maharashtra. The company stated that its promoters/promoter group/group companies have no interest in this transaction and the guarantee is provided on an arm's length basis. Agribio Spirits views this as a contingent liability and currently sees no direct impact on the company, as the associate is part of the consolidated group.
