Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd to Purchase Land for Future Expansion

Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd has disclosed under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that it has entered into an agreement for the purchase of land admeasuring 1934 square meter located at Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur. The transaction is proposed to be completed by the end of August, 2025. This land acquisition is intended for future expansion and development purposes. The seller is a third-party seller and does not belong to the Promoter or Promoter Group, and none of the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, and / or their relative(s) are interested in the aforesaid matter.
