Belrise Industries Appoints Joint Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Belrise Industries Limited has announced the appointment of M/s. Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates and M/s. Rathi Rathi and Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 30th AGM until the conclusion of the 35th AGM in the Financial Year 2031-32. This follows the expiry of the term of the existing statutory auditor, M/s. GSA & Associates LLP. The company has also provided disclosures as per SEBI Listing Regulations and made the submission available on its website.
