Bemco Hydraulics Ltd. has executed a sub-lease agreement with Jubilant Motorworks Pvt Ltd. for approximately 25,000 sq ft of premises. The lease is for a period of 9 years, with monthly rent starting at ₹10,50,000 for the first six months, escalating to ₹11,00,000 for the subsequent six months, and a 5% annual increase thereafter. The property will be utilized as an automobile showroom, experience center, workshop, and service area for two and four-wheelers. This agreement was approved by the Board of Directors and executed on June 12, 2026. The transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
