BEML Land Assets Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

BEML Land Assets Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the said period. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. All 'insiders' are advised against trading in the company's shares during this period. The date for the Board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately.
