BEML Land Assets: Shantanu Roy CMD Term Extended

BEML Land Assets Ltd announces the extension of Shri Shantanu Roy's additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) for one year, effective from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. The extension was granted by the President of India (Ministry of Defence) vide letter dated May 7, 2026. Shri Shantanu Roy does not have any inter-se relationship with other directors of the company.
