Benara Bearings approves AGM Notice, Board Reports for FY26

Benara Bearings and Pistons Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved the Director's Report for the financial year ended 2025-26. The board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Panna Lal Jain and regularization of appointments for Mr. Harvendra Kumar Singh and Ms. Sunidhi Jain as Non-Executive Independent Directors. M/s. Kriti Daga, practicing Company Secretaries, were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years and as Scrutinizers for the upcoming 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM notice was approved, and the book closure period was fixed. The 36th AGM is scheduled for September 28, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing/OAVM.
