Berger Paints: Abhijit Roy re-appointed MD & CEO for 4 years

Berger Paints India Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Abhijit Roy as Managing Director & CEO for a term of four years, effective from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2031. This approval was granted at the company's 102nd Annual General Meeting held on August 12, 2026. Mr. Roy, who has been with the company since 2012, brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, branding, financial management, and strategic planning. He has received accolades such as the Distinguished Alumni Award from IIM Bangalore and has represented India at global forums like the Coatings Summit 2025 and the Harvard Business School India Conference. He also served as President of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 2025-26. Mr. Roy is not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
