Best Agrolife Ltd Enters MoU with Shanghai E-Tong Chemical Co. Ltd for Agrochemicals Collaboration

Best Agrolife Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shanghai E-Tong Chemical Co. Ltd for a collaboration in the research and development and market development of Agrochemicals. The MoU will remain in force for a period of five years from the effective date. The agreement is not with any related party and does not fall under the related party transaction. No potential conflict of interest or nominee on the board of directors from either party is involved.
