Betala Global Securities Submits Q1 FY26 Unaudited Financial Results

Betala Global Securities Limited has submitted its standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on July 17, 2025. CRBS & Associates LLP, the independent auditors, conducted a limited review of the financial statements. Their report confirms that the results, prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 (Ind AS 34) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are free of material misstatement.
