Betex India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2026

Betex India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors/Promoters/KMPs/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
