BGR Energy Systems Ltd. has disclosed defaults on payment of interest/repayment of principal amount in loans from banks/financial institutions amounting to INR 3561.70 Crores as of 31.03.2026. This information is provided in accordance with the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2019/140 dated 21st November, 2019 and SEBI Master Circular dated 11/07/2023. The total financial indebtedness of the listed entity, including short-term and long-term debt, stands at INR 3994.88 Crores. There are no defaults in unlisted debt securities i.e. NCDs and NCRPS as of the same date.
