Bhagawati Gas Appoints ATCS & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

Bhagawati Gas Ltd has appointed M/s ATCS & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The appointment was approved by the members through postal ballot on May 7, 2026. Additionally, the members approved the change in designation of Mrs. Shachi Bhardwaj as Executive Director, effective April 1, 2026.
