Trading Window Closure Announced by Bhagawati Gas Ltd for Q1 2026

Bhagawati Gas Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. This includes all officers, designated employees, directors, and auditors of the company. The date for the board meeting to declare the financial results will be intimated separately.
