Bhageria Industries Ltd: 37th AGM on Aug 1, ₹2.50 Dividend Proposed

Bhageria Industries Ltd has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, via video conferencing. The company proposes a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The book closure for this purpose will be from July 25 to August 1, 2026, with a record date of July 24, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after August 6, 2026, after tax deduction at source. The AGM proceedings will be deemed to be conducted at the company's registered office in Malad (West), Mumbai.
