Bhageria Industries Sets Record Date for ₹2.50 Dividend

Bhageria Industries Ltd has announced the book closure and record date for the payment of its final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for August 1, 2026. The company's Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from July 25 to August 1, 2026, inclusive. The record date for determining eligibility for the dividend payment is July 24, 2026. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on or after August 6, 2026, subject to TDS.
