Bhagwati Autocast to Consider Final Dividend for FY 2025-26

Bhagwati Autocast Ltd has announced a board meeting scheduled for May 29, 2026, to consider and recommend the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The board will also approve the audited standalone results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and consider the appointment of M/s. TRS & Associates as Statutory Auditors for F.Y. 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The trading window is closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results.
