Bhagwati Autocast to hold 44th AGM on Aug 14, 2026
Bhagwati Autocast Limited announced its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The agenda for the AGM includes the adoption of audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a dividend on equity shares for the same period.
