Bhagawati Oxygen Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations

Bhagawati Oxygen Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31st, 2025. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving dealing or trading in the company's shares during this period.
