Bhagyanagar India Ltd Receives Order for Scheme of Arrangement from NCLT

Bhagyanagar India Ltd has received an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench (NCLT) regarding the Scheme of Arrangement between Bhagyanagar Copper Private Limited, Bhagyanagar India Limited, and Tieramet Limited. The scheme involves the demerger of the companies and the transfer of assets and liabilities. The NCLT has allowed the joint application filed by Bhagyanagar India Limited for dispensation of meetings of creditors and has directed for the convening of a shareholders' meeting.
