Bhagyanagar India: Record Date Set for Equity Share Allotment

Bhagyanagar India Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 25, 2026, has fixed October 8, 2026, as the record date. This date is in connection with the proposed issue and allotment of Equity Shares by the Resulting Company, Tieramet Limited, as part of a Composite Scheme of Arrangement. Shareholders of the Demerged Company, Bhagyanagar Copper Private Limited, will receive one Equity Share of Tieramet Limited for every one equity share held in the Demerged Company.
