Guru Krupa Gems Board Approves AGM Notice, Auditor Appointments

Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on September 1, 2026. Key decisions included approving the notice for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 25, 2026, which will be conducted via Video Conferencing. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Shah Karia & Associates as Statutory Auditors and M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as Secretarial Auditors, both for a five-year term commencing FY 2026-27, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mrs. Barkha Chaturvedi was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mr. Muzaffarhusen Nazirhusen Shaikh as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
