Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd conducted its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was attended by key directors including the Chairman and Managing Director, Whole Time Directors, and Independent Directors. The proceedings included the presentation and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Board's and Statutory Auditors' reports.
