
Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd Receives NA Permission and Development Approval for Land in Maharashtra
Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd has announced that it has received Non-Agricultural (NA) permission for the conversion of land use from agricultural to non-agricultural purposes, including tourism resort and ancillary structures at its land situated at Village Kharivali, Taluka Wada, District Palghar, Maharashtra. The Company has also received approval under the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR) 2020 for land use change and development of the subject land. This includes portions in Industrial and No Development Zones (NDZ), and the order permits development in accordance with specified planning norms and subject to applicable conditions including payment of requisite charges and submission of an indemnity bond. This marks a significant step forward in the Company’s planned development and expansion of its tourism-related infrastructure at the ANCHAVIYO site.
