Bharat Bhushan Finance Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Sets AGM Date

Bharat Bhushan Finance & Commodity Brokers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also finalized the date and mode for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 25, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. The AGM will consider the financial year ended March 31, 2026, annual report, including the Directors' Report and Management Discussion and Analysis. A book closure period from September 19 to September 25, 2026, has been set for the AGM, with September 18, 2026, as the record date for dividend payment, if declared.
